After having released three 4G enabled smartphones in India earlier this week – Lenovo A1000, Lenovo K3 Note Music and Lenovo A6000 Shot, Lenovo India today expanded its Vibe Series of Smartphones in India by launching not one but two new devices in the Indian market – Lenovo Vibe P1 and the Lenovo Vibe P1m.

The Lenovo Vibe P1 is the costlier one with the price tag of Rs. 15,999 on the other hand the Lenovo Vibe P1m is priced at Rs. 7,999.

The main USP or the selling point of both the devices is said to be their large batteries. The Lenovo Vibe P1 is fuelled by a large 5000mAh battery and the Vibe P1m comes packed with a 4000mAh battery. The Lenovo Vibe P1 also supports OTG quick charging.

Both these released Vibe phones will be Flipkart exclusive. The Lenovo vibe P1 will be up for sale from October 27 and the registration for the other device the Vibe P1m will begin today 6:00 pm and the sale starts from 28th October.

The more feature rich, Lenovo Vibe P1 sports a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS Display on the front that has a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3; the Vibe P1 is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor and on the graphics front it has a Adreno 405 GPU; all this is coupled with 3 GB of RAM.

The Vibe P1 offers 16 GB of internal storage and has the availability of expandable storage using a microSD card. The Smartphone has NFC, USB OTG. In the camera department it sports a 13 MP camera on the back and a 5 MP camera on the front. The Vibe P1 is a dual SIM phone supporting dual 4G LTE.

On the other hand, the lower priced Lenovo Vibe P1m sports a 5 inch HD display having a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The Vibe P1m is powered by a 64 bit MediaTek MT6735 quad core processor, which is supported by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. It too supports expandable storage.

Lenovo Vibe P1 and Lenovo Vibe P1m both run Android 5.1 Lollipop.
