Samsung is all set to launch two more mid-range Smartphones in the Indian market. The two devices that are next in the Samsung line to be released in India are the Samsung Galaxy On5 that has a model number of SM-G550 and the Samsung Galaxy On7 with the model number of SM-G600. Previous rumors had it that these two devices will be named Samsung Galaxy Mega On and Samsung Galaxy Grand On but now Samsung has decided to go with different names.

These two Samsung Smartphones are yet to be released in India but the support pages for these two Smartphones are already available on the official website of Samsung India. On top of that, there are even press renders about the Samsung Galaxy On5.


Samsung Galaxy On5, Galaxy On7 Listed on Company Official Website:

The Samsung Galaxy On5 and the Samsung Galaxy On7 have many similar features like both are powered by quad-core Exynos 3475 processors and run the Android Lollipop. Both the new Samsung Smartphones support LTE and have 5 MP front facing cameras. The processors are supported by 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, along with providing microSD card support.


The Samsung Galaxy On7 is the bigger and costlier Smartphone between the two; it has a 5.5inch display that has a pixel density of 720p, on the other hand the Samsung Galaxy On5just has a 5inch screen, which is also 720p. The other difference between the two devices is in the primary camera department of the two Smartphones: the Galaxy On7 boasts of a 13 MP sensor on the back while the Galaxy On5 just sports an 8 MP unit.

Both the upcoming Samsung Smartphones Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 are predicted to be available first in India in the next few weeks. The Samsung Galaxy On5 is said to be featuring a price tag of $150 (9730 INR approx). The bigger Smartphone Samsung Galaxy On7 might go up for sale with a price tag of $200 (12975 INRapprox).
