As promised Meizu m3 Note mobile phone finally got official in India today. The budget smartphone will take on the Redmi Note 3 and the first m3 Note sale will take place on the 31st May on Amazon India. Earlier, Meizu had made its latest m3 Note smartphone official in China before its counterpart Huawei launched its new Huawei P9 smartphone. The new Meizu m3 Note Android mobile phone is the successor to the Meizu m2 Note. With the new m3 Note mobile phone the company has carried forward its tradition of producing high-quality smartphones at surprisingly low price tags. This latest Meizu smartphone comes with some welcome upgrades over its predecessor m2 Note, it now comes flaunting a metal unibody design, houses a fingerprint sensor and is fueled by a large 4100mAh battery.
Prior to the launch Meizu has been promoting its new Note m3 mobile phone as – “Pretty fast, thin, long-lasting” and going by the specifications, the company seems to have done justice to what it had promised. Meizu m3 Note Smartphone Launched in India
Meizu has replaced the plastic body of the m2 Note with an aluminium unibody in the new Meizu m3 Note mobile phone, the smartphone feels premium and looks beautiful to look at. The device houses the power and volume rocker keys on the right side and the left edge houses the SIM card slot. The primary camera sensor is placed in the center on the back and the fingerprint sensor is embedded in the home button on the front.
The m3 Note mobile phone might give a feeling of deja vu to some as the device comes with a design that looks similar to the designs of fea other smartphones we have seen in the past but I don’t have any complains with this as the mobile phone offers some impressive specifications and features at a decent price tag.
Meizu m3 Note Specifications and Features
On the front, the all new Meizu m3 Note mobile phone sports a large 5.5-inch full HD LTPS display that has a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, translating into a pixel density of 403ppi. The display features a 2.5D curved glass on top and is packed with 450 nits brightness and an impressive contrast ratio of 1000:1.
Inside the aluminum body the Meizu m3 Note comes powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor that is clocked at 1.8GHz and it comes coupled with a Mali T860 GPU for improved graphics. Though the m3 Note was earlier launched in two RAM variants of 3GB and 4GB, with internal storage space of 16GB and 32GB respectively but the company has got only the 3GB RAM / 32GB Internal model into the Indian market. The device also has a microSD card slot, which can be used to expanded the storage space further by 128GB.
The m3 Note Meizu smartphone has the mTouch 2.1 fingerprint scanner in the physical home button and the company claims that it can unlock the handset in just 0.2 seconds.

The Meizu m3 Note camera department consists of a 13MP primary camera on the rear side that comes with 5P lens and is supported with a dual-tone LED flash along with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF. On the front, the device houses a 5MP secondary camera for selfies and video chats and it comes with 4P lens and f/2.0 aperture.

The m3 Note mobile phone comes fuelled by a 4100mAh battery that the company claims will offer 17 hours of video playback. The smartphone has a hybrid SIM slot and it comes with all the standard connectivity features such as 4G LTE with voLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS etc.

Meizu m3 Note Price, Sale in India
The m3 Note was launched in two variants in China but the company has got only the higher 3GB RAM and 32GB internal variant to India. What has really got me interested in the new m3 Note phone is what I will have to pay for the handset, the company has set the Meizu m3 Note Price at just Rs. 9,999 and it will be cold via flash sales, the first of which will take place on May 31.
